Baymont Inn & Suites Billings

Ok location close to the freeway and near by restaurants. The room was not clean had to ask for a shower curtain and the microwave was dirty and in the bathroom the light was flickering and on the fixtures it had rust all over it. The blow dryer the plug was broken very unsafe. I would recommend paying a little extra to stay somewhere where it is clean and not smelling like marijuana

Was a big disappointment. No hair dryer, drain plugged for tub/shower, so I stood in an inch of water the whole time. Room was run down and they charged to much for dogs to stay.

We got sent here through work. The second day that we were here I went to call the front desk and there was white powder smashed all up in the phone. There were Cheerios next to my bed and candy next to my husbands bed. The room was very dirty. Front desk never had any towels. Every time we asked they said they were out. It was so bad I had to wash hotel towels at the laundry mat just to have clean towels to shower with. The washer and dryer at the hotel did not work. I told front desk and they never got fixed and also did not put a sign on them so people knew they didnt work. We requested housekeeping and they never showed up. We ended up getting our own sheets and changing them ourselves. The chair and ottoman were so dirty and stained. Overall the experience was terrible and I will never be back.
