image Sink in our room is so filthy!!!! Omg I had to get Clorox wipes and clean it myself. There were 3 schools staying same time we were so no extra pillows at all for us to get at the front desk. Beds are older for sure
Rooms: Not the cleanest

image Our stay was ok. I will start with the good. The room was good size and clean,we liked the food bar in the room. Also a comfortable bed. The price for the Waterpark was $10 for my son,my husband and I sat in the hot rub for free. Also the arcade was fun. As for the bad,It was hard to get ahold of staff. The place could use a good vacuuming, and the breakfast was a bit limited for our taste. Over all not a bad stay, but there are better hotels for the price in this area.Again not the worst stay either.

image They will not get any stars from me. We tried setting up rooms for myself and my family and they were going to charge me a pet fee for a service dog in training. They asked if she had her vest and they are not allowed to ask that or anything along the lines like that. They aren't even allowed to charge for a service dog due to the fact that it is against the ADA rules. The only reason I have one is cause I am diabetic and other health issues. The last time I stayed there I didn't have her but there was dead flies in the hot tub and the pool and their little game room only one or two of their games worked and one of them ate my money. So yeah stay away from there if you have a service dog or they will ask you questions that are against the law.
Rooms: They rooms were great just the people at the desk sucked cause they were rude. Amongst other things.

image Took husband and our 2 toddlers from our home clear to billings in hopes of being able to break up winter fever with several hours of an indoor pool watersides wave pool and just good Ole fashion fun, was thorough in making 110% sure the indoor reef Waterpark was open and operational, what a massive disappointment to spend 10 hours in car arrive only to find out it is not open on hours listed on both sites and the pool that is also a part of hotel was temporarily closed for a few hours! 209$ a night is ALOT the perks being the indoor Waterpark total waste and our room was very dirty the linen on both queen beds was covered in a fine dog hair tye floor of bathroom wasn't mopped in ages and there was a blackish ring around the top of tub from the last 10 people who stayed there. The hallways had not being cleaned or vacuumed in a coons age the standing piles of dirt randomly was enough to begin spring garden. So I guess better luck to next family.
