Worst hotel experience in a long time. Got to our room and the bathroom and A/C unit made horrible loud sounds. Not only that, but the toilet didnt work. We went down on our way to a movie and told front desk, they told us maintenance would be up to look at it. We get back and go back to the room, the toilet was exactly how we left it, not even flushed. No one had been up there to check anything. The noises were still there also. We get to a new room on the 4th floor, were up there for 3 minutes and somehow got a noise complaint. I had my 4 children with me, but they were not being loud. We continued to get phone calls stating someone below us was complaining, yet there was no noise. The man below us started BANGING on the ceiling which scared my kids to death. Hotel employees didnt care. At 11 PM when all 4 of my kids were asleep, a front desk employee KNOCKED on our door (while kids are all asleep) to tell me that he had complained again. There was NO noise!! Everyone was asleep!! We were harassed by employees our whole stay. Our kids felt like they couldnt even walk to the bathroom. It was ridiculous. We will never be back!

The hotel is typical American standard, large rooms, good cleanliness, very close to the airport, huge parking. You cannot cook in the room, there is only a microwave and a fridge. There is a hamburger restaurant inside the structure with prices not very high for the USA. Only the gym is small and poorly equipped...while the swimming pool is clean and quite large. The breakfast is unfortunately very poor, there is a small buffet, 3 meters long, with scrambled eggs, turkey or chicken hamburgers, I don't remember, various breads, fried bacon, yogurt, fruit and various condiments. I repeat, the hotel is good but could offer more. One last thing that I noticed but it didn't bother me is that the staff at the reception, apart from a few, never said good morning or good evening to me in 23 days, even having said it first. Never mind, they were obviously busy. In any case, I advise! Good !
