Jenae was amazing! She really helped streamline the checkin process Great job clean lobby!
Walkability: You can walk to the Royals stadium and the Chiefs stadium drunk in five minutes

Ill never even think about staying there again. The rooms are tiny the beds are old and worn down. The HVAC system is uncontrollable to the point where we couldnt sleep because it was so hot. The front desk asked if they could bring us a box fan, the window opens but its floor level and no screen in it which is a major safety hazard. We had people off the street wandering through the hotel and we were there because of a sports tournament. Several girls had asked to have one of the adults escort them up to their room. This part of town is falling apart and the only thing around there is Arrowhead and Kaufman stadiums. Find somewhere else to stay.
