      image Family fun weekend was greeted with a personnel that was not helpful with accommodations. The rooms are poor designed because of this they feel so small. The hallways were always messy because of kids dropping food from the night before. The pool was way over crowded and people were rude about not keeping the food out of the pool area, so get was disgusting.

      image Rooms were not ready when we checked in @ 3 but they were clean and the beds were comfortable.

      image Beautifully designed new hotel in a great location. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Duty manager Sydney is friendly and efficient. She made us feel very welcome. It is a short stroll to the Zona Rosa mall and the excellent Moti Mahal Indian restaurant is just across the street. We plan to stay here for our future visits to KC.

      image Nice rooms. Clean building. Only draw back were the youth baseball teams on the weekend. No fault of the hotel. Parents control your children!!
