Four Points by Sheraton Kansas City Airport

Worst Marriott brand hotel stay ever. Got to the room and it looked ransacked, called the front desk and they told us it was the housekeeping process. They offered no solutions, just told us the room was clean, yet not put back together and asked us to fix the room. Really sad that I used my points to stay at such a customer service lacking hotel.

The pictures are not reflective of rooms. The lobby and halls have new carpet and updated furniture but the rooms have not. The hot breakfast is not free. It cost $15 a person. The hotel has a dark feel. The towels are rough. One free bottle of water per room.

I usually stay the night when I have an early flight out the next morning. Boulevard restaurant on site and shuttle service to the terminal is great and on time.

I was expecting a bit more from Sheridan. I would say this location is 2 star at best. The mattress topper had a broken zipper so it was zip tied together. The bathtub was cracked and multicolored due to patches, The toilet base was cracked and the wall paper is pealing off the wall. I have attached pictures.
