Ambassador Hotel Kansas City, Autograph Collection

Convenient and modern hotel in a great location. The only complaint I had is that the elevator is super slow and our room faced a wall with no view.

It's definitely my favorite place to stay in Kansas city. The location is walkable, with a good distance from power and light. Also there a nice daiquiri place across the street.

Nice hotel but could use some improvements. Rooms: Could have had coffee and water bottles Nearby activities: Great food places Walkability: Lots of nice places to walk to.

I booked a room through Priceline in October for the Super Bowl parade. I got an email in January saying my card would be processed early and if it didnt go through my room would be cancelled. I continued getting emails from the hotel and Priceline about my reservation but when I got there to check in, I was told ALL third party reservations were cancelled! Whats the point of booking on a third party site to save money if youre going to cancel them and upcharge people. Will not ever stay with this chain again!
