We walked into the front desk to check in and the man at the desk was extremely rude to us. I initially had appointments for two days at the Mayo Clinic. Late yesterday, I was notified by Mayo that they required that I stay an extra 5 days to get additional tests. I asked the individual (Nick) at the Sleep Inn desk if we could extent our stay. He became very upset because we had not given him additional notice. I explained that I had just been notified of the extended stay. He then told me to get out. There are witnesses to this entire situation. After staying at the Sleep Inn many times for Mayo appointments and also REFERRING others, I will NEVER STAY AGAIN. I WILL NOTIFY OTHERS TO AVOID THIS PLACE. ABSOLUTELY APPALLED BY SUCH BEHAVIOR.

Staff are always so nice and helpful! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is wonderful. We stay here frequently when going to Mayo.

Great place to stay overnight but I really look forward to the hottub fixed for good
