        Room was great, front desk staff worked on making sure our room was ready as soon as possible.. (they were short handed on cleaning staff).. my only complaint was the hot tub could have been a bit warmer.

        The good: The place is clean and the people are super nice, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are big and well laid out over all. The bad: The sheets on the bed were past their life expectancy and pulled up on 3 corners during the night. Breakfast was sad: chicken sausage? Institutional eggs? Waffles that stick to the waffle maker, and no microwave to reheat something if it went cold while waiting in line for the only waffle maker. The ugly: There no microwave in most rooms, and the coffee station is in the bathroom. We will be back, but probably will make other plans for breakfast!

        The hotel is great! I made a mistake and selected the wrong hotel, but the mistake worked out very well. Weve stayed at the other Hampton Inn in Rochester and this one is far superior. The only improvement would be to have 2 soft and 2 firm pillows to provide a comfort choice. Food & drinks: Close to an assortment of food choices
