        The hotel is in a good location. But thats it. You have many other options in basically the same location. I would not recommend the hotel. I am a Diamond Elite member and have been assigned a room on the 3rd floor. The room was facing the parking garage (8 m) away. This was all I was able to see from my room. It felt like in a prison. The hotel was on low occupancy. The hallways of the hotel are all dark and depressing. They are not inviting at all. On check-in I was told that breakfast starts at 7. So, I went down for breakfast at 7 but the restaurant was closed. The receptionist then told me: They had a party in the restaurant yesterday. They open 1 hour later. Absolutely unacceptable. The restaurant bill cannot be charged to your room as the restaurant is independently operated. Thats very smart. A breakfast buffet doesnt exist. There is only a breakfast menu with a few items on it. All of the options are full of fat and carbs. There are no healthy options, such as fruits, oatmeal, salad, plain yoghurt (without sugar), etc. The server at breakfast on Sunday was very friendly and polite. The server during the week seemed to be unmotivated and not happy to serve. Only when she presents you the check and it comes the time to tip, she was changing her behavior. The a/c in the room is as loud as a truck. As it was very cold outside, you needed it to heat your room. This makes your sleep really bad. I am a loyal member of the IHG group, however after a couple of bad experiences with Indigo, I will not choose the Indigo brand again.
