Breakfast super good!
Rooms super nice especially for the price.
Would recommend this 100%. Best hotel for the price.

Homie hotel, people that work there live there. If the newbies walk in and the people living in the suites for 40$ a night dont like you when you walk in. They will make sure you dont stay for what you paid for.

No breakfast, guys at the front desk could care less about any issues. 1/2 gallons of milk already opened and warm, no syrup for the only thing they had which was waffles. A couple of packet of jelly and some butter were options as well. Definitely should not be listed as having free breakfast. Overpriced for what you are getting all around.

Someone on the staff of this place stole my $200 headphones. I couldn't find them in my room before check out, so I assumed I had them, but I definitely do not. I called them 3 separate times, and each time they said they would look and call me back regardless if they found them or not. I never got a call back and each person who answered my calls somehow had no knowledge of the situation despite telling me each time that they would spread the word with their staff. If I could give them negative stars on service I would.
TLDR: Either lock up any expensive belongings or keep them with you, because the staff here are apparently unprofessional, dishonest, and incompetent if your belongings go "missing". Also, the muffins were moldy.
Food & drinks: The free breakfast they offered had moldy muffins.

We've stayed here several times in the past and had a great stay, so I didn't hesitate to book this time. But this time was much different. Sheets had blood on them, and the room smelled awful. We were also never told the pool and hot tub were down for maintenance, which was ultimately the main reason we decided to stay the night in Rochester so my daughter could swim. I was also not impressed with the front desk agents level of professionalism; no uniform, shirt untucked, watching his phone at the desk rather loudly, my keys were handed to me with no key card holder but rather a sticky note with the room number and wifi password written on it, another gentleman there behind the desk printing something.. seemed like he was also staying/living there.. when we made the decision to leave and find another hotel, I had to wait at least 5 minutes for the desk clerk to finish his cigarette outside. Definitely not up to Wyndham standards.
