Aria is the best extended stay employee i have ever met. I recommend staying here for the smoothest check in and service of any motel ive traveled.

The Staff at Extended Stay America Rochester, MN. was so wonderful, helpful at every turn. Very professional and Courteous. Room was clean and well kept. Property was quiet and safe. I will stay here again, no doubt.
Rooms: Very clean.
Safety: Very safe.

Experience was terrible!!!! Room was nice. Clean. The service SUCKED! Unfriendly service desk staff. I was DOUBLE CHARGED for the room AFTER I stated the room was already paid for. Service desk told me it wasn't paid for and ended up charging me twice and got SCREWED out of the Mayo discount. Very unprofessional staff and the gal who checked me out didn't say a word to me. Acted like she was bothered she had to do her job. Sorry I don't feel like being charged extra for late check out because no one bothered to check if the key cards were turned in. Will never stay there again. Very LOUD people above us and nothing was done. Stomped on the floor all night and dropped things repeatedly. TV was insanely loud.

Tyler and his entire staff have been so amazing! They seem to love what they do and care about their guests! Awesome group of people!! Thank yall for making us Texans feel welcomed!
Rooms: As far as my room it was very nice, clean, and updated. I am very picky person and I had no complaints.
Safety: Police sub-station near by and not one time did I feel unsafe or that my vehicle would be messed with!
