The hot tub was not hot tubbing. The jets didn't work. It was warmer than the pool tho. Breakfast was okay. Juice machine sucked. The staff was great tho. It lived up to its 2.5 star rating. I would stay again. Its cheap and easy.

General Manager Nick Patel turned me away as a guest with a disability due to my service dog. Not that my dog was inappropriate. Solely for the reason that I brought her in the hotel after running errands. I stayed the night, come morning ran an errand. Upon return, he told me I wasnt allowed to have a dog inside. I reminded him she is a service dog and that the ADA allows for her to be in the hotel. He told me she wasnt allowed in the breakfast area then. I reminded him again of the federal law regarding service dogs. He argued that she cannot be in the breakfast area repeatedly. I told him this is discrimination. In which, he said it is not. I pulled up the law and read it to him. He was disinterested. He told me no thank you as I offered him the phone to review the law. I called customer service for Choice Hotels and requested a formal complaint be made. They listened to the incident and told me to ask the GM to refund me. They told me they would handle it if he refuses. They said theyd educate him and inform his bosses. I went to the desk to request a refund and I was told no. I relayed the message from customer service. He wasnt bothered. In fact, he said what he did was not discrimination. It is, very much so. I ended up leaving early and feeling unwelcome. This general manager should not be in charge if he doesnt know the federal law.

The only thing my wife and I are going to complain about is the fact we made and paid for the room for the weekend. We found out that ice machine was out of order, hot tub was cold, the tv in other room in our room doesnt work with the remote at all, and the tv we have in our room works but no closed captions so I couldnt enjoy watching tv without closed captions. The eggs was too soft and the sausages was bit cold as well. And the milk tasted bit off too. And this afternoon we talked to older lady at front desk and asked her about the hot tub being cold and she was very rude to my wife. This hotel has been upsetting her all day today and it upsets me to see her being upset, because of the fact that ice machine is out of order and hot tub doesnt work. So I think this place needs to work on customer service bit better. The lady that is working tonight went beyond to help us solve the issues, answering our questions and being very nice to us. We need more people that are very respectful and helpful, providing great service. Rooms: We love the room because of the size of it especially having a fireplace and whirlpool all into one room with pull out bed couch in other room. Minus some things dont work. Like ice machine, hot tub, one of the TVs
