Lobby and hallways very dirty. Rooms were ok. Pool was out of service as well as a lot of things. Looks nice from the outside. Will not stay here again. Noteworthy details: It did allow me to have my dog

Was a mess with booking... Hotel is now under different name. We booked thru a 3rd party site but then was told we didn't??... Upon check in we were told the pool was closed construction. Tried to cancel reservation due to closed pool- which wasn't known to us because of the booking thru the 3rd party -called the reservation number but they 'couldn't help'. Was told to talk to the hotel manager directly for a refund.. tried that but he 'wouldn't' help. Now with 2 unhappy kids. Unhelpful overall/ bad experience. Was actually told it was our fault for not confirming they had a working pool. Thank you for ruining our vacation, but I guess you got your money

I would say that this appeared to be an older hotel that was possibly at the start of renovation. All of the staff that we spoke to was great. We enjoyed the comedy club and the Crooked Pint bar that is attached.

Hotel is older but the room was very clean. Loved that everything we needed was right there, hotel, comedy club & bar restaurant.
