Made a reservation but they didnt have the car I requested so I had to cancel my reservation. All the cars were covered in snow and ice.

When returning the moving truck, an employee just asked for my name & then let me go. I was grateful because I was close to being late for my first day of work. They helped save us money because theyre cheaper than U-Haul, but their customer service & support is ten times better!

I would say that Budget lacks in consistency. Although they rented me a car last week, they would not rent me one the following week because my debit card did not pass the credit check. But, it was probably the credit check that lowered my credit score the following week. The rep told me not to bother to make a reservation online and to just show up, which I did, and was then denied a rental car. So, I will not be using them again.
