Budget Car Rental

Absolutely the worst experience when I returned the car. The woman argued with me and mis-quoted the rental agreement, insulted my education, and snatched the keys from my hand. I asked her for her name and she told me her name was the manager. I tried calling customer service to try to talk to someone but was put on hold for thirty minutes. I am very concerned that this woman will tack on extra fees simply because she was in a bad mood. I will never again use their services and will discourage others from doing so as well. Even though I followed the policy to the word, I was still treated incredibly poorly. The car was ok, but had stains. The gas tank was not full. The washer fluid was empty. Never again! Years later and this experience is still the one I bring up whenever someone talks about renting. Never use Budget!

Jennifer was awesome!!! I spent all morning calling and trying to figure out my truck dilemma, the call center, and 5 other Budget Rentals. I took the time to look into why the drop-off location was restricted, but Jennifer and I did. She saved me from future headaches from non caring people. Mind you , I started this rental journey 2 days prior. So Jennifer, I can not thank you enough!@ You are a Rock Star. Did I say I was thankful?? I'm am so grateful you were the one who saved the day.
