Shout out to the great young people who work here, who are so courteous and helpful. I left my garage door opener in the vehicle and Amari tracked it down for me and called me to let me know they had it.

I called Enterprise after last years great experience only have it go south.
I called last week to rent a vehicle after my vehicle was in a crash
I had an appointment today at 3 pm. I also told them I wanted an SUV or a F150. Half way to Enterprise I received a phone call from Enterprise that they had nothing to rent. The caller also stated they would call me back between 4 and 4:30 pm, they didn't.
I called back at 5pm and was informed they had a Toyota Highlander and another Suv. I informed the person on the phone I lived 4 miles away or 15 min.
When I arrived at Enterprise I was informed that both SUV's were rented and I was offered a Mini Cooper. I told the guy to his face I am done.
How can Enterprise go from outstanding last year to horrible this year?
If I could rate zero stars, I would. This was an abysmal experience
