        I advertently made my reservation at a different Enterprise location in Rochester. Dustin and Randy were able to adjust the reservation and get me on our way. Always a positive experience renting at Rochester Airport experience

        I booked a reservation for a 4 day rental via the Enterprise app (NOT booked via a 3rd party site). I got a confirmation e-mail and even a text for online check-in. While inflight I got a call and a voicemail from the branch. They advised they didnt have enough cars and cancelled my reservation with no more than a sorry. I have several thousand points with Enterprise and this was a true kick in the pants. After getting nowhere with the local branch, I phoned Enterprise customer service. They gave me a song and dance about forecast availability, but left me stranded in RST with no transportation and sorry. Since it was a Sunday, only their airport locations were open and both MSP and RST airport locations were sold out. If their reservations are hollow, Id avoid Enterprise.
