        I was informed the day I was supposed to pick up a truck that there weren't any for me to pick up. I made the reservation 2 months ago and for them to not have a truck at ANY locations within our area was frustrating. They need to not over book their reservations in the future since based on previous reviews, it looks like I am not the only one this has happened to. There is already enough stress when moving and they increased it by this issue. NEVER RENT A TRUCK FROM HERE..unless you like to gamble on actually getting a truck or not on the day you reserved it for.

        The other reviews are not lying. I reserved a moving truck 1 month in advance and they cancelled 1 day before the reservation and completely messed up my moving plans. Please don't be persuaded by the cheaper price.

        Where do I begin? Upon arrival to pick up my truck I was told by the customer service rep, don't know her name( and frankly could care less)but she was an american american chick.) that they didn't have any trucks . I made the reservation almost a month ago. Was told manager tried to call me, lies! I told her manager was lying. I will post confirmation

        Never use budget. They do not guarantee the availability of the truck. I called last month and made a reservation for a truck tomorrow. I got an email this morning stating my reservation is canceled. What kind of company is this? They don’t have a truck a day before I’m supposed to move to a new state. So save yourself a headache and use a different company that can guarantee the availability the day you need it.

        I am livid. We are moving in two days. At least two weeks ago I reserved a truck. Today I get a call that they don’t have one single truck available in a 100 mile radius. How exactly does that happen? Shouldn’t you know your inventory before making something like that available? Now we’re scrambling because we NEED TO BE OUT OF OUR HOUSE THIS WEEKEND and since Budget screwed up, we’re without a truck. If you like to gamble, go with them. If you want to be secure and ready to move, use Reddy Rents in south Minneapolis. Unbelievable.
