These guys were great! You can tell that upper management for uhaul throughout the metro has really got there stuff together over the last few years!!!! Great Job to whoever runs the show for them here in Minneapolis/StPaul Metro!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars.
1) The truck had no rear view mirror, illegal and dangerous.
2) There was graffiti everywhere obscuring the windows on top of the missing visor on the drivers side.
3) The dashboard was smashed and it reeked of cigarettes.
We reported these concerns to staff and they couldnt be bothered to even apologize, makes sense because they were visibly stoned out of their minds, similar to the psychosis the mechanics must be undergoing when examining the state of these vehicles. At least one employee responded by saying uhhh yeah yeah multiple times.
Save your money and avoid this scam of a business. Ive used many unsatisfactory rental services, that Ive let slide because this no doubt can be a difficult job to have, but if you are seeking the most unsafe, disgusting, lazy, and irresponsible U-Haul site out there, look no further than their location on Nicollet.
U-Haul, feel free to get in touch. Meanwhile Im going to do everything I can to let people know about the circus you are running.

the staff at this location is apathetic. they couldn't be bothered to quit looking at their cellphones. they made no attempt to make you feel like a valued customer. i will NEVER rent from this location again!
