5 years straight tip box customer service?! Not at this location. I've never had any problems depositing joint government checks until I came to this bank. Don't know who your Regional Director is? But you know his Name is "Brad"? Don't know how I can reach him in order to file a GREVIENCE, but only through a customer service number??! You are the example of why minorities need to acquire their positions based solely on MERITOCRACY. Go home to your mother. She misses you!

We needed to do a wire transfer and were unfamiliar with the process. After being turned away my the Maple Grove location, we went to this location and Kiara instantly stepped up and helped us out. She was very friendly and made the process feel easy. We really needed the transfer to go out the same day and Kiara made sure the transfer received the approvals it needed to go out. When we were on our way home, Kiara even called us to confirm the transaction went through, further easing our concerns. We are grateful for Kiara's level of service and saved us from leaving Huntington (given the poor experience we had at Maple Grove).
