        I want to open a checking account + a cd, the big guy introduced me to the " chase premier plus checking" minimum checking balance of $15k is required, inorder to open a cd with, he refused to show me other checking accounts options. I know, there is a lower minimum balance of $1500 required checking account call "chase total checking" but I decided to walk away.

        Asked a few questions, nothing but poor attitude from a couple of simple questions. Was looking at opening an account, not a chance after talking to a branch manager.

        Terrible bank. Tellers and managers at retail branches have hands tied. Spent hours waiting on customer service reps via phone calls and emails for them to constantly hang up on you and curse at you if you ask any questions. By all means go elsewhere for banking needs.
