Chase Bank

I had an appointment to set up.a new checking and savings acct. Trevor was great. Quick and easy. Was able to make a deposit as well. Helped me download the app and set up some things on it.

The place migh look great, but there in NO service to speak of. It seems [Chase Bank] is stull stuck on COVID pandemic mode. I went there twice: Once last year with an appointment, and the lady there didnt seem to have a clue of where the business banking Guy was (they only had one theres. The second was today. I just walked open a new business account for payroll purposes. The young lady told me we have one business banker and hes busy now. Im done with this bank they need to revisit their client onboarding policies. I wasted my time Not impressed with them.

I went there as a walk in to discuss opening an account with them. The main banker was busy with other appointments but took the time to introduce himself. His staff then answered all my initial questions and helped me schedule a visit to go over everything in more detail. I was very happy and thought they did great even though they are short staffed a bit over there.

Chase Bank in Brooklyn Center is not open!! Renovating!!!!! I wasted a hour driving over here for nothing! 60.00 dollars in gas!!!! This would not happen in Texas!!!! So so disappointing. Put it on your website that it's under Renovation! Asap. Very unprofessional! Rachel Aguilar. No stars for this Bank!

If I could give a zero rating I would. Was trying to get service was asked to come back because banker was busy. Interesting there was no one at the bank should have been a clue to not engage at all. Will not waste my time.
