        Fatal. The teller stole $1,500 from me that I was trying to deposit. It disappeared. I filed the claim. It's been two days and they haven't returned my money. They've made me waste time and money due to the slowness of the process. I feel like this bank doesn't think about the customer when they show up. A problem like this I need my money now and the bank takes its time to investigate and since the investigation will last 45 days it doesn't seem fair to me. I will sue if necessary but I need a quick solution

        None of their equipment worked as shown. Just terrible, they clearly dont care about costumer service. Because VC was not working, I tried their calling station. It gave me a 5minutes of wait time (countdown). I wrongly assumed that I will be connected at the end of that countdown. I was mistaken. It hit 0:00 and then reset back to 5:00!! At that point it was clear that this customer center is for namesake only. Pathetic experience.
