        Whats the use of the branch phone number listed if I cant reach and talk to my banker? All calls go to main phone and no one to talk to - and yet they eagerly accept checks to be deposited and failed to credit the new account I requested to deposit the funds to. The funds are sitting in one of our other accounts. And, I cant reach anyone at that branch over the phone to talk to. Frustrating!

        There are never enough tellers working, and miraculously every time I visit the machine are down today and going slow. The machines might be slow, but there's certainly no sense of urgency from the staff either

        Slow as hell. The computer system always shuts down. Today, there was a rude employee working the drive thru. Very snappy from the beginning. No greeting, just what are you trying to do lol SMH. These interactions are common at this location.
