Pay a premium for easy scheduling and quick service. They will grossly overcharge for replacement parts.
Had someone out to look at & repair water heater. Tech was very friendly and knowledgable, assessed the problem and provided a quote. The fix required replacing two parts - the quoted price for fixing the more expensive of the parts was $~1500 and the less expensive about $~350.
After agreeing to replace these parts at these prices, I looked up the price of the parts online. Found the more expensive one for about $300-$400, and the less expensive one for

Chris Grant literally saved the day. We had been fighting with a home warranty company to get a tech to fix out water heater gas valve for WEEKS. Chris not only fixed the gas valve but noticed that MANY things were installed against code and that some of the items used for installation were actually illegal in our state. It was leaking gas. None of the other techs even thought to mention this. What took other companies WEEKS took Chris 4 hours AND he made everything safer. Couldn't recommend enough. Service: Water heater repair

Every employee we had to deal with was very professional, friendly, and explained all things we needed. Installers were also very professional and courteous.

07.06.22 "HERO Plumbing" is so appropriately named!
Unknown to me, I purchased a house with many secretly hidden plumbing "surprises." Stressful couldn't accurately describe my feelings. Couple that with trying to be practical about new-buyer dreams of potential plumbing options (new location for the washer/dryer hook-ups on the main floor)... well, most people's budgets only "stretch" so far. Thankfully I called Hero!
The Hero team reassured me. They showed up in timely fashion, just as scheduled. They were friendly, knowledgeable, protected my floors, worked efficiently, and cleaned up any resulting construction debris.
