I will be loyal customer for life! Mark was very patient, responsive and helpful (to both me and my dad on our several emails/calls)! And Todd and Richard did an amazing job--they replaced broken gas pipe, repaired the ducts, did AC maintenance, and still made time to answer my questions patiently and were super kind to my dog, who is also now their fan as well! Super trust-worthy, explain things to you, and really hear you out! Thank you for the EXCEPTIONAL service, i strongly recommend!! Keep it up! Southside H&AC was a great company to work with. Owner was responsive when I called on the weekend. Todd came to my house during the week and was very professional and timely in his work, describing the issues with my furnace. I would recommend them to others and would call them again if I need.
