For this Fall maintenance service, the crew in the field and the administration staff in the office were very professional and perform their work in a quality manner. I've been a customer for years. These people are focused on the task at hand and doing their job; they are not glossing over things.

John was very knowledgeable and highly skilled at his job while servicing the AC in our home. He informed me of everything that was taking place with the heat and air system, took photos and showed the inside of the unit to me as well. I would like to strongly recommend his services and will hire him over again if need be. He is a rock star!!

John handle the situation very well. He was very polite and help me to understand the entire problem and what he needed to do in order to have my both units working properly. I highly recommend him. He is very professional, and most off all it is so nice to see someone enjoys what they do and take a lot of pride in ensuring that the customer is satisfied.

Our air condition unit went out on a hot day. It was after hours when I called Arrowhead Heating & Air and left a message for them to call me. The next morning we got a call from the office.They checked the unit and gave us a couple of alternatives for repair. The specialist was competent and did a meticulous job. The best!!
