Service Today Heating, Cooling, & Electrical Repair

I usually dont leave reviews, but this is probably the worst experience Ive ever had with an HVAC company. Their employee tried to pressure me into buying a brand, new furnace and air conditioning system. I called another company and they tested my system and said it was working properly. They were going to issue me a refund for services that I never received but after numerous calls, I still dont have a check. Its been over 4 months.

Service Today- Thank you, for having elite staff. Tyler, had no clue what he was walking into after we received some devastating news this morning and he changed our situation for the better. It was his professionalism, knowledge, humor and ability to explain all that needed to be fixed in the best, easiest direct way possible. We appreciated everything ! A great personality really does make a huge difference in this business. Tyler, is exactly who you want out in the field, working face to face with your clients. Its hard to find awesome employees these days, especially, who come off, as genuine, salt of the earth. Therfore, I vote it's time for a raise. GREAT JOB

I recently had a new water heater and softener installed as well as some electrical consulting. The techs for all of the services I used were helpful and answered any questions I had. There can be a lot of overwhelming information, especially when it's combined with $$$, but they took their time to explain things. I had some items not labeled on my breaker box that they helped me identify. I do wish the invoicing was more clear and had itemized pricing for each piece of the service. I had to call to get a receipt that gave more than a total amount due. It would feel more comfortable if you knew exactly what you were paying for. All in all, people-friendly.
