Chelsea was an absolute delight working with us! My Fianc and I had very difficult schedules to align to look at houses but she managed to roll with it and work later hours for us and we appreciated it so much. She also came through for us when the sellers realtor failed to pick up their things on our property for multiple weeks. I wish that there were 6 stars!!! Shana was OUTSTANDING!! I met here briefly during a short visit from Kansas to Grosse Pointe for Thanksgiving! She showed me 2 homes and quickly knew what I was looking for.I trusted her instincts and knowledge immediately. She placed me on a link that showed me all of the listings that were available daily in my price range and with my specific needs! On February 5th "my perfect house" popped up on the link. I called her and by February 8th she placed my offer and it was accepted!! We closed March 1st. Shana made LONG DISTANCE purchasing as easy as if I had been there. My FAVORITE part of everything is that she personally recommended, arranged,and oversaw her people (sewer, foundation,insurance agent,handyman,appliance.gutter cleaner,carpet installer,house cleaning crew,yard maintenance and more) so that by mid March I can move in and see MY NEW HOME for the FIRST time!! Three words that would best describe Shana are ENERGY,EXCELLENCE and EXCEPTIONAL!!!She is just THE VERY BEST in my book!!
