This property management is horrible..they take your money and do not do repairs "at all" they are disrespectful and will not compensate when your forced to make repairs on your own..they half do work..make tons of promises about unfinished work..never came..their workers broke a sewer line in the basement..it flooded ruined all my things. I was forced to buy a new water heater and replace the furnace ..never compensated..I had to purchase a pump that I had to keep on 24hrs a day and hose running out of my home..never came to fix..it was always someone coming the next day..THEY ARE NEVER COMPLIANT WITH THE CITY ORDINANCE THEY RECIEVED OVER 5000$ IN FINES..their employees steal your money and run off...HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT USE THEM OR LET THEM MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY..
