Im a first time home owner and I didnt know anything about the home buying process. Shane Parker was the realtor I went with. He was the best. He was so knowledgeable about everything in the home buying process and was willing to teach and listen to all my questions that I had. He was there anytime of the day for any questions that I had and had all the showings lined up as soon as I sent in the homes I wanted to look at. Shane treated me like I was his family. The next house I buy Im getting Shane and s&p realty as my team.

Shane was very knowledgeable and he was always available when we had questions and made the entire process of buying our first home very stress-free. I couldnt have asked for a better agent! Also not to mention the team he has behind him are just as great! I would recommend S&P Realty to anyone that is just as eager as they are to get you the right house or even sell!

Shane was great he answered every question and concern I had and was overall all for what I wanted when buying a house and found me options for potential homes based on what I wanted. Highly would recommend him!!!
