I worked with Nick on my recent home purchase in Detroit, and he was an awesome asset to have in my corner. As I was initially debating between renting and buying, Nick was great about quickly getting me into properties that I was interested in, and recommending a variety of other options that fit my criteria throughout the city. When I made my decision, Nick was great in helping me work with the sellers and their agent, getting me key information that I needed, putting me in touch with his contacts to help with other services and generally helping to guide me through the process all the way through closing. He's super friendly, extremely professional and was virtually always available to chat through any questions that I had. Loved working with Nick, and would definitely recommend using him!

Nicholas and Michael are exceptional realtors. Our first meeting with them was actually at a home they had listed. Because the market is moving so quick we immediately jumped at the chance to view their listing. Right from the start they were extremely accommodating . Working around our schedule. We elected to make an offer using Nicholas and Michael as the sole agents for buyer and seller . The process was so smooth and easy. We felt well represented even though they were originally the listing agent. This trust made our decision easy to use them to sell our existing home. Within a week we had 9 showings scheduled and several offers on the table. Considering our home was in a high range market we thought this was outstanding . We cannot say enough good things about the service and professionalism!
