Jeffrey Stieber helped me sell my brother's house after he passed away in Grosse Pointe Woods. He had never married or had children. As his sister, I was responsible for handling his estate. The problem was I lived in Tennessee. I don't know how I would have made it without his help. We spent countless hours on the phone discussing what needed to be done to sell the house. He gave me names of resources to do repair work and followed up to make sure it was done. He answered my frantic calls and when things were not progressing. Always patient and understanding as we worked to get the house ready for sale. He explained every thing I needed to know to put it up for sale and always made sure I was comfortable with what was going on. We got a offer on the house within a couple days of putting it on the market. It sold for what we wanted. I will never be able to thank him enough for his care through this entire process. I have had six moves in my professional engineering career and he is truly the best realtor I have ever had.
