The Oaks Apartments

When I was out of town, I got worried about my plants and thermostat settings, and per apartment rules was not able to get the office to unlock my apartment for a friend. However, when I called the Oaks, I spoke to Olivia who was very kind. She checked my apartment for me, while also offering to check on my plants and water them if needed. She was prompt and sent me a text update as promised :) Thanks, Olivia!! (Olivia was 5/5, but Oaks itself, I would still rate a 3/5)

I do not recommend anyone to stay there unless they give you a great deal and you are on a realy tight budget. In addition to other problems, my apartment does not have centralized heating. I have not used their lousy electric units a lot, but it brings up my electric bill like crazy whenever I use it for a few hours.
