Woodbrook Village Apartments

I have had such a great experience at Woodbrook Village in last four years. The rent is quite reasonable, the neighborhood is peaceful and friendly, and the maintenance team works diligently whenever their help is needed. Lately, Amiya, the leasing manager, took the whole experience to another level when she gracefully offered to feed my pet fish when I was away. The little fella and I are grateful to her for her kindness. Thank you, Amiya!

I had the pleasure of working with Amiya, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Her patience and flexibility made the apartment application process incredibly smooth, and she went above and beyond by accommodating to my schedule, showing a deep understanding of my needs, and patiently answering all my questions. Amiya's exceptional care & service truly made a difference in finding my new apartment. Future residents will have just as a wonderful experience with the team at Woodbrook Village :)

Bad management, they didn't even have my apartment ready by the time of the signed lease start and I had to live in a temporary apartment for one week and move all of my stuff over myself to my permanent residence after the week was over. They also performed construction (which I was given three days notice for) inside my apartment that lasted two months of the last three months of my lease, tearing open the wall, leaving dust everywhere, ruining many pieces of clothing, just to add an in-unit washer and raise the rent 20%.

Just resigned my lease for next year, Amiya was absolutely amazing! I was able to get all the info and help I needed at once and everything shes helped me with this past month has been heavensent as well. Super understanding staff! Highly appreciated!
