    This company seems to care more about their paycheck than any of their residents. You can never get a hold of the leasing manager they dont return your calls. The staff is not knowledgeable and changes every few months. If you try to get through to the phone or ask for a call back they dont get back to you l. The office is always closed even though they have set times to be there. My whole unit including my neighbors power kept going off and they told us that is BWL. I was back and forth on the phone until they confessed its companys fault then they still needed to fix the issue which never got done. My whole fridge food went bad because they took forever to fix it. I got eviction notice even though I always pay my rent on time. When it fell under a holiday to be taken out it came out next day called office more than one time to cancel with the court they said I am all good and would take of it. Still nothing shows up to court waited and hour until they got a fax that it was all good. Court told me I had to show because they never got a notice. Residents moving out left and right. I hear so many complaints the place keeps going downhill.

    garbage from start to finish. my apartment wasnt cleaned when i moved in, and instead of cleaning it they wanted to put in new carpet - after i had moved in. obviously not gonna be able to move my bed and dressers anywhere from thek to do this, so they changed half the carpet?? listing says washer and dryer. when i went to sign the lease people came in mad because they didnt have one, and at that point i knew what i was in for. the washer and dryers they do have are garbage and take like 7 hours for one load, oh and btw i didnt have one in my unit. the company has two properties but feels the need to have a third party answer their phones , good luck getting in contact other than email. bike was stolen. heard animals crawling through my vents. super thin floors, could hear the guy above me when he went pee. charged me pet rent but didnt use any of it for damages. neighbor had bleach poured into her gas tank. geese moved in and pooped all over the sidewalk , which wasnt cleaned for months. maintenance people were the ONLY good part about this place. homeless people beg on the street right next door. amazon will mess up your package delivery. no bike storage , yet they threatened to remove all bikes that were chained outside in carports , or anywhere, even though they werent in the way. they only cared when the city of lansing had to do inspections.
