    - ITS NOT A SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD TO LIVE IN. DO NOT LIVE HERE. - They don’t have maintenance crew. Nothing get fixed in time or ever. My check-in list was submitted three months ago and still nothing happened. No heat in October. 8 tickets + phone calls + visits don’t fix the problem. Rent keeps going up with no improvement. - Update: we finally got heat in November (after a month of complaints) when temperature drops to 30 F. Surprise. Hi Abbott Pointe, how dare you to say I’m not a current resident. How about check your maintenance list (just submitted 3 yesterday and same ones last week) and review the “recorded” phone called I made in the last three month??? How about this photo as proof? - The fire alarm in the hallway is still broke (giving off non-stop alarms) and it took them three months and still no replacement. (Still broken after 4 months living here :) Dec. 4th) not fixed. Jan. 2nd. - Update on Nov. 9th, changing washer/dryers without any notifications. New app also meant lost $ in the old app for all residents. Left washer at A building doesn’t work, which caused such a mess since I already poured detergent in the washer. What a waste of 30 min of my precious evening. - Update on Dec. 4th (see photo 3), washer was still broken. Obviously phone calls on getting help does not work. Are you going to come clean up the mess? 🙂 - Update on Dec., heating broke for the third time. (Snowy days) - Update on Jan. 2nd, heating broke for the fourth time. It’s 12 F today with very heavy snow outside. What’s your excuse now? 🙂 - Update on Jan. 6th, heating went out again. It’s 9F (at the lowest) today. - Oct 4: dishwasher doesn’t dry. Oct 18: dishwasher doesn’t dry. Jan: DISHWASHER NEVER DRIED. (I started calling about this issue from August) - Oct: bathtub leak. Nov: bathtub leak Dec: bathtub leak Jan: bathtub leak Yes you can’t take a bath. - I used to think it’s a systematic issue that Abbott Pointe faces. After talking to the property manager Ann, I realized it’s more of a personnel management issue. The staff are simply not willing to help you but are more concerned about kicking the ball to someone else’s court. After cutting off my conversation three times curtly and impolitely, it’s a hopeless conversation and a complete waste of time. - Jan. 10th, heat went out again. Third time this month. Half of the winter I don’t have heat.

if you give this place more than one star its a stretch. horrible customer service, respond to one incident and completely forget about it, the don't check the apartment after someone leaves so if you tell them what's wrong with the apartment it's your fault, they show you the demo one but the one you get is completely the opposite. if you can't see what you get don't get it.
