Empty lobby, empty offices, empty couches. They told me it would be an hour and a half wait to close an account. I'm sitting here waiting watching employees avoid eye contact and pretend that I don't exist. It's 100% different at Flagstar Bank. Don't bank at Bank of America if there is anyway to avoid it. Try Flagstar you won't be disappointed.

All were out on lunch nobody could take 5 mins out of there day to help a costumer and or get off there computer to help one of the worst banks I've ever been to would not recommend this bank to anyone around the area

Morgan (an associate) helped me out a lot. Tried to get a medallion signature, this location doesn't offer it but he was very knowledgeable and helped direct me to two other branches with this service and the name for who to reach out to.
Very professional but very busy.
Highly recommend coming in person, there's a reason they can't pick up the phone (1 associate, never stopping line)
