Poor service and dirty car

The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. I was able to pick up the car within 10 minutes or so. She also upgraded my car to a nicer car.

These cards require a zipcard. The zipcard activation page on the zipcar website has a bug, so you cannot activate your card. You cannot unlock these cars without a zipca ... more
