Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Closed

Have been enterprise customer for years, and usually have good experience with them. However, this rental experience was very disappointing...Scheduled a rental at noon, the staff showed up an hour late...understand the high volume at labor day weekend but an hour wait on a reservation booked a week ahead is not acceptable. The car was used and not cleaned..so another 10 mins wait for the staff to clean the used car. The standard process is only spray and wipe surface...minimal sanitization especially considering COVID. Also there is no exterior cleaning at all, the bugs and dirt were still on the front hood. The staff did tried to make the situation better (apologized for the delay and offered a tank of free gas), so rating a 2 stars vs 1 for his effort, otherwise would have rated 1. Really hope this is an outlier, and they will do better next time.

If I could rate this place zero stars I definitely would!!!! I returned my car one day and the guy there inspected it. He told me there was no problems and I owe them nothing. The next day, they call me and this girl named Shina is claiming that there was a Dent and I owe them money. I went there to see what they were talking about and they said they already sent the car away. Theyre just trying to set me up to get my money. Never coming here again!

The worst customer service I have ever received from a car rental agency. I made a reservation and went to pick up the car the following day. They told me they did not have the confirmation number and I could not get a car. My husband walked 45 minutes to this location. Tish (the manager) was rude the entire time and offered no solutions to this problem they created (for ex: lets call around to other locations, lets call customer service). We ended up missing the event we rented the car for. Stay away!!!! Poor customer service starting with management.
