Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Arrived at the airport, called the shuttle they arrived approximately 10 min, drop me out at the rental office, within 15 Minutes I was on my way. However, they didn't explain the car return procedures ....meaning time shuttle starts to depart for travelers departures early in the AM and Saturday/ Sunday. Also would be nice if they were AT THE AIRPORT. Overall, a great experience with Enterprise

Excellent service from Lauren! We had a very early flight on Friday morning, and she helped us to find the best way to return our car and still make the flight easily. Top notch!

Is is so refreshing to find a company that values and demonstrates customer service with a great attitude. The Bangor Airport Enterprise location gets 5 stars for friendliness and service and deserves this review. Even though their lot is off-premise, it was worth the small inconvenience for the experience. The shuttle service was busy the day we arrived and the driver was apologetic when he had to leave us for the next shuttle, but assured us he would be back promptly (and he was). The driver not only helped with bags, but welcomed us to Bangor (and Enterprise). When we arrived at the lot, a positive young man (Conner) apologized that the vehicle type we had reserved was not available but offered us an upgrade at no additional cost and gave us the tank of gas. He even gave me his card with his number to call if we had any issues. Upon return, we were greeted with smiles (Lauren) and helpfulness as we took the shuttle back to the airport. Highly recommend this Enterprise location.

They were ready for me with all my info. I was in & out with my rental in about 15 min. Awesome, friendly service! Update 9/8/21: Emily Barker @ the local office excelled at addressing my questions & alleviating my concerns while offering incredible service with a smile! 😊Thank you!! (NOTE: DON'T call their 800# where 3 people gave me wrong info.)
