        Avis maintenance people need to learn to change windshield washer fluid from summer to winter blend. Very bad experience when in bad winter conditions to find out the washer fluid is frozen and I have to take 3 hours of my own time to thaw out lines so I can travel safely. Way to go Maintenance people, way to go!! Other then that Avis is great for renting vehicles.

        Staff were polite and informative. They were flexible about pick-up and drop-off times (within reason, of course). Car was clean. Gas tank was full at pick-up.
