Budget Truck Rental

Will never rent anything from Budget Rental again!! Rented a truck from Sanford Orlando that didn't unlock from the passenger side. Had over 188k miles on it with an oil change last done at 160k. ( according to the window sticker). Had a tire with no air in it on the back driver side, the inside tire....then the drop off in Auburn Maine they want to charge another 200 dollars because I made the mistake of dropping off after midnight instead of 1130 am not pm. The worst customer service....I highly recommend going with anybody but Budget

I have a complaint, I looked up the closest Budget truck rental. It gave me 3locations(Bangor, Auburn, And Portland),at 340 , I looked up the address and phone number on my phone it said the Bangor location was closing soon,at400. So I call, and the recording says that the phone is disconnected. Now I have to drive 86 miles to turn the truck in. Can I get reimbursed for the gas for two vehicles now,down to Auburn and back to Bangor,along with the inconvenience of false advertising,on line? If I made the mistake, I would have to pay for it. Why do they get away with it. I am a 100 percent disabled, retired Air Force vetran. I will be sharing this with the moving and relocation office on Base. I was not impressed!!
