Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented a Vehicle to attend an event out of state for a week. Everyone in the office was polite and professional. The vehicle options for my reservation were great! I ended up with a Ford Expedition that was clean comfortable and ran great. Return was painless. Will rent again.

I will never have anything bad to say about enterprise in bangor maine Hammond st they are very professional and I rent from them once a month. Great customer service and Justine, is one of my favorite people there. She go beyond to help me out with any questions and requests that I may have.

The manager, Nick, was amazing. We had an event with our windshield and he was able to get ahold of someone in Florida to replace it and when I got back to Maine he made sure I was taken care of due to the inconvenience. Thank you Nick for all the help.

Enterprise Bangor Maine Hammond St. Their Customer Service is hands down the best we have ever dealt with!!! Huge shout out to Justine & Dan; they are super friendly, extremely polite, very accommodating, always helpful and have the BEST customer service skills which equals nothing less than a 5+ star review. From start to finish, the very confusing and stressful situation of dealing with an insurance company claim rental, became a breeze when interacting with Justine and Dan. Justine started by getting us into a rental and walking us through the whole process even though the insurance company was slacking on their end with making a reservation and providing that number. Then on return, the communication with Dan; started with him leaving a detailed voicemail, to his patience with helping us figure out the rental return situation, which was a disaster and I had become frustrated due to once again, the lack of communication by the insurance company. Thank you Dan for your patience and professionalism!! Justine reassured us by following up, over the weekend, since we returned the rental after hours and let us know it was checked in and guided us to reach out to the insurance company regarding miscommunication, on Monday, which allowed us to continue with our weekend plans with little worry. Thank You Justine, you didnt have to do that, but you went above and beyond and for that we are grateful!! Now we are at today; Monday: After not getting anywhere with the insurance company, we called to follow up and figure things out with the rental. We were politely greeted by Justine and asked to hold. Next on the line was Dan, we discussed the whole rental situation. What we thought was going to end in not so good news for us was completely amended and turned our already dreaded Monday into a positive experience that will not be forgotten and has us extremely thankful and appreciative of their customer service and interactions. We have had nothing but positive experiences when dealing with rentals through this Enterprise location. We highly recommend them and once again appreciate their Outstanding Customer Service!!!

We desperately needed a rental car after our car broke down in Brewer. Enterprise was great they came to get us at the dealership and had us going in no time. We appreciate everyone who helped us especially Sam!!
