        Relatively long time to get the car - about 40 minutes. But upgrade from economy to Toyota Camry. Easy check out - just drop off keys. Total overall good experience.

        At Alamo Rental in Bangor Maine Airport. Been waiting an hour for our car which we had reserved. Still about another hour wait. Enterprise, the same thing. Worst prepared I have ever seen. Ridiculous! Everyone waiting is very frustrated.
