Budget Car Rental

The Budget guy expected us to prove to him our marriage status? Seriously, due to the smell of the place, I believe he was high but not on the good stuff. He claimed we were renting his personal vehicle and that is why he was so angry with us about not being married or not. Or something like that. It was just so weird! I am telling you, this was the oddest experience I have ever had at a rental car place. And I just rented a car from this same place last month but that lady was so nice to work with. This guy put in the Budget note system that we were not married so future people who work there will "see it forever" so we would have to pay the extra $13 a day. Yall, I am not even playing. He was so mad and weird.

Actually they deserve a zero star...I had a vehicle reserved for months...Went to pick up my vehicle on Friday the 23rd of December at 10am..no one was there..closed bad weather..no advanced notice about being closed or picking up the vehicle ..Never got my vehicle and a very late delay on me and my family get away for Christmas 2022..

Worst customer service I ever had! I don't even know where to start. Please do yourself a favor and go to Enterprise down the street, they're amazing.

Good: (1)The location opens on time. Bad: (1) There is no key return/after hours return - which is strange because the front desk agent abruptly tells you to just turn in your car keys and get a receipt from customer service. (2) Customer service is unpleasant, unfriendly, and unwelcoming.
