        Paid ahead for large SUV to get my daughter to college, months in advance, they had no large SUV for me. Left high and dry. They were not apologetic. Had to fight for refund. DO NOT BOOK WITH AVIS/budget, you will most likely not get your car and they will not care. Melissa was very rude.

        I'm being very generous with 1 star. The women that work in this office is rude, nasty and really think they can just do whatever they want to do to anyone that comes in that door. They really should not be allowed to work in any kind of public setting. They try to over charge you, they lie and say they will give you something and they don't and when you catch them their lie or mistake then all of a sudden they say "we are human". Well how come when they think you lied or made a mistake then they will try and destroy you because they have the power. DONT USE THIS LOCATION! THEY WILL GIVE YOU DIRTY CARS!! AND IF YOU DO GET A CAR FROM HERE YOU SHOULD TAKE IT STRAIGHT TO A MECHANIC AND MAKE SURE ITS EVEN SAFE RO DRIVE!!! ALWAYS CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARDS BECAUSE THERE IS GONNA BE MORE CHARGES RHEN WHAT THEY SAY!!!!
