        On Friday, 1/12 I made a reservation online for a car to be picked up on Tuesday, 1/16 at 9:00 a.m. At 8:36, I missed a call from this location and had a voicemail stating that they had no cars available. I returned the call and pointed out that I'd reserved a car four days prior. I was then advised "that's not how it works." You see, they know how to *take* the reservation, they just don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them. -J.S.
