      image Just lost our business after years. If you want to be treated like crap and you made someone's entire world stop so you can rent a truck from them while they're at work rent from this place. Otherwise rent from Sternberg at 3700 Crittenden Dr, Louisville, KY 40209. They went out of their way to help, got us on the road within an hour of never knowing us, higher quality trucks, no credit check and a lower price. The only good thing that came out of this was starting a new relationship with a better more dependable company.

      image Brittanie our agent was right on time delivering the SUV to our collision center. Went over everything thoroughly and had me on my way in no time. The VW ATLAS WAS VERY CLEAN WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE INTERIOR windshield which had something sprayed on it. Other than that minor problem all is great.
